It takes me 1-3 business days to fulfill an order an additional 1-4 business day for the post office to ship your package.

Unfortunately ceramics are heavy, fragile, and large items that don’t fit into a padded envelope

I package each piece with great care and I only ship using priority mail for tracking and insurance purposes.

I found that USPS priority mail is the cheapest, safest and quickest way to ship your ceramics to you!

Priority mail comes with insurance and tracking

I try my best to pack each piece with care to avoid this situation but unfortunately things break in the mail. Each piece comes with insurance that you pay for!

Either go to your local post office or go online to USPS.com and file a claim to get your money back through the US post office

I am not liable for any damages that may occur during shipping

File a claim with US post office for lost items. This is rare and does not occur often!
